Fanbercell is a company that came from a merger with Ritofa with the aim of supplying homes for less than $45,000. The company began working with Mucho Lote 1, when it built homes for $24,000, and after that success decided to remain in a sector that had such high demand. “After Mucho Lote 1 we worked on the private project Málaga 1, and then we did
Mucho Lote 2 and Málaga 2. The Málaga projects are private with prices very similar to those on Mucho Lote,” explains Carlos Lasso Muñoz, General Manager of Fanbercell, who adds: “I think the Mucho Lote projects are excellent and there is still demand for these types of homes so I think we will continue to move forward on this.”
Fanbercell has implemented its own building system in Mucho Lote 2. In fact the homes can now be built in concrete in about three weeks: a mould of the house is prepared and then the pillars are put in place and surrounded with concrete.
