This new model, offering excellent cost performance and carefully selected specifications, is tailored for low-rise residential buildings, which are in high demand globally. Rapid urbanization and population growth in regions like ASEAN and the Middle East are fueling the need for housing. Leveraging the platform of the NEXIEZ-MRL Ver.2, MEBS’s flagship elevator model for premium sectors such as luxury hotels and office buildings, the company has managed to shorten the construction period*1. This has been achieved by optimizing shipping patterns to enhance installation efficiency and minimizing on-site welding, all while ensuring safety and reliability.

In addition, user safety, security, and convenience can be further enhanced by connecting the NEXIEZ-Fit to M’s BRIDGE™², a global remote-maintenance service that continuously monitors and inspects elevators and analyzes the resulting data.
