Background / Biography:
I began my career in 1989 as an automotive and structural engineer.
In 1999, with the incorporation of PUES, I also began developing electric systems and devices. I also was involved in JHI’s composite material molding business to an extent and am now the representative director of Tokyo R&D and PUES.

What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
It is wonderful to be able to work and have a career in the field of technology development. However, a market only opens once the demand for a technology becomes clear and not when the technology becomes available.
