What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
Throughout my career, I have learned several key lessons that I implement in my management approach:
1. Data-Driven Decision Making: I have come to understand that data is at the core of effective decision-making. Ensuring data is clean and accurate is crucial for conducting market research and making informed decisions. I prioritize accuracy, rationality, and speed in decision-making processes, recognizing that these elements are essential for driving long-term success.
2. Horizontal Communication and Inclusivity: Effective communication is another vital lesson. I have learned the value of fostering an environment where horizontal communication is encouraged, and all voices are heard. By addressing colleagues respectfully and encouraging the use of English names, I promote a culture of inclusivity and open dialogue. This approach ensures that every team member feels free to express their views, leading to more innovative and well-rounded decisions.
