What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
An important lesson is that the truth is found on the worksite. The answers to your questions are on the field.
Therefore, I visit our operating and manufacturing sites to check with my own eyes how our company operates. This allows me to analyze the reality by myself, assess the situation more accurately while communicating with on-site employees. This allows me to achieve quick decision-making from the field. I will make decisions based on the truth of the field with no regard for past customs and preconceptions.
