Starting from 2018, he has accumulated the experiences as a leader in THN. At the first time, he has served as head of Management Supporting Department. Inaugurated as General Executive Director of THN and then he became a Vice-President of THN at 2019. At 2020, he finally started his duty as CEO of THN.
