Background & Experience:
After graduating from university, Ⅰ joined Sumitomo Corporation and engaged in Steel Sheet business in Osaka for 12 years. After that, I joined Takenaka Seisakusho in 2009. After serving as General Manager of the Bolt Division and Managing Director, I became President in 2016.
What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
In order to be a "sustainable growth company" that we aspire to be, it is necessary to have an environment where diverse employees can develop their abilities. And In order to be a company that brings about innovation, it is necessary to have an environment where various discussions and proposals can be actively conducted. In order to achieve these goals, we have established projects (social gatherings) and actively provide opportunities for discussions with employees.
