What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
Having over 60 years of history is important, but the company cannot progress if we continue doing the same things. Employee education, the development of new production methods, and innovative approaches to production are crucial for moving the company forward. It is important to consider various creative methods for advancement.
I want to learn from people I meet in various aspects of life, including personal and professional encounters. I believe in continuing to listen and learn from those I meet in the present and beyond.
If you do not adhere to the basics, you will not be able to apply them.
This is something that we must learn fundamentally as human beings, and we hope to develop our organization by faithfully following the basics, such as etiquette and gratitude to others.
