2019 - Acquired TMK Co., Ltd. (automatic machinery) through M&A
2020 - Invested in Cool Innovation (R&D of high-humidity refrigerators)
History
The company was founded by seven people during the bursting of the bubble economy, and in 2023, the 25th anniversary of its founding, it is now a food processing engineering company with 171 employees (more than 300 people in the entire group) and has gained a high reputation among customers for its quality and technology.
