What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
During a time at university and when I first joined the company, I was deeply involved in system development, and I have also applied systems thinking to management.
In addition, my experience in accounting and finance has given me the ability to see how funds flow within and outside the company.
