What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
The support and guidance of many seniors who managed my Career Path were important to me so that I could gain various experiences while working at LG Electronics, and in particular, the local success experiences in the US/Mexico , Taiwan and India helped me understand and successfully execute global operations. I tried to apply what I learned and experienced in each sector to company management.
