Background:
Studied “Business Administration” along with “Marketing” and “Management” at a college in the USA.
After graduating, returned to Japan and spent a few years working at another company, earning experience before joining Fujidenolo Co. Ltd (formerly known as Fuji Plastic Co. Ltd).
Became the President & CEO of the company in 2002, and established a new management vision which is to “bring value by supporting the self-development of all employees.”
The vision also includes “manufacturing our own products with value to the world” and for the employees to achieve further satisfactions by realizing self-growth with their work.
Since 2002, the gross sales has increased 6-fold, with numbers of employees multiplied by 5.
Our own products are also sold in Japan and abroad.
