What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?

I have inherited an enterprising spirit which is generated from a theoretical, long-term and multilateral perspective. And this spirit will be handed on to the next generation by a renewed strategy, mentorship and reorientation under a reorganized structure.

Mentors

My mentor is Mr. Masami Ohishi, former chairman of the company, who gave me a lot of chances to learn many issues regarding mental attitude, true way of life, prescriptive social norm, sense of ethics, and so on. Most impressive word given by him is as below. (Quotes-2.)

And mentor’s telling leads us to contribute to Japan and overseas society through business activities.
