Business Description
The Tosei Group provides a broad range of businesses in the real estate industry. Our Group manages six main businesses: the Revitalization Business, the Development Business, the Rental Business, the Fund Business, the Property Management Business, and the Alternative Investment Business.
Through the combination of these six businesses, the Group has established a corporate structure that can respond flexibly to market changes.

Managing business mainly in Tokyo
The Tosei Group mainly focuses on Tokyo. Rents in Tokyo held firmer than those in regional areas. Tokyo is also one of the largest investment markets among major global cities.
A broad range of products – a strong lineup
The Tosei Group provides products through new property development and through the revitalization of existing buildings for different uses (office buildings, residential houses, and commercial facilities), ranging from large-scale developments to small and midsize properties.
In new development projects, in particular, the Group aims to maximize the value of properties by selecting products from a range of its development programs and developing properties that are tailored to the characteristics of the site and to market needs.
Sales capabilities that enable the Group to serve a diverse range of customers
The Tosei Group offers products to a range of customers, including individual customers (end users), business companies, and investors and funds, in accordance with the market situation and the needs of customers. It does this by harnessing the Group's information network, such as the list of 200 companies and 500 individual customers in which major brokers and other parties are carefully selected.

2014 November Tosei Reit Investment Corporation, which contracts out the management of its assets to Tosei Asset Advisors, Inc., a consolidated subsidiary of Tosei Corporation, listed shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange
