Business Description

Procurri is one of the leading global independent providers of Lifecycle Services and Data Centre Equipment. It has three main businesses – Hardware Resale, Independent Maintenance Services, and IT Asset Disposition.

Incorporated in 2013, Procurri has grown rapidly through the years and now has offices across three regional hubs – Asia Pacific, Americas and EMEA – with its global headquarters located in Singapore. Through its direct presence and global network of partners, Procurri’s business covers over 100 countries worldwide.

Background

Listed on the Singapore Exchange in July 2016, Procurri derived its name from the Latin word, Procurro, which means Leading the Pack.

Procurri is a global independent provider of IT lifecycle services and data centre equipment. We have five business offerings:

1. Hardware resale: flexible options to buy, sell and consign new-in-box, resale, pre-owned, hard-to-find or end-of-life data centre equipment
2. Supply chain management: global fulfilment partner to complement your supply network by providing monitoring, movement planning and storage services
3. Hardware-as-a-Service, or HaaS: an alternative to hardware resale through leasing or rental options, by offering IT equipment ownership as capex instead of opex
4. Independent maintenance services: maintenance support for new, out-of-warranty and end-of-life IT equipment across all key brands
5. IT Asset Disposition, or ITAD: industry-approved systematic approach to handle your retiring technology and prepare it either for refurbishment and resale, or data erasure and responsible disposal services

Company Goals & Objectives

Procurri has set a four-pronged roadmap:

1. Cementing the Group’s credibility as an approved channel for genuine hardware in the used IT equipment market;
2. Targeting to grow the higher margin maintenance business to contribute 50% of the Group’s total gross profit;
3. Expanding markets and enlarging customer base;
4. Improving internal efficiencies through rigorous cost controls and harnessing economies of scale.


Management

Procurri’s management team is led by our Chairman and Global CEO, Mr Sean Murphy. Supporting him is our Executive Director and Global President, Mr Edward Flachbarth, our Group CFO, Mr Vincent Choo, as well as the respective Heads of the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Our management team has, on average, 20+ years of industry experience.
