History of the Company:
1951 - April : Establishment of Sakaguchi Forging Works at Osaka city, Fukushima-ku
1956 - October : Ohmi Press Works & Forging Co., Ltd. established in Seta-cho, Kurita-gun, Shiga (Capital : 20, 000 thousand yen)
1961 - January : Etablishment of the current head office factory in Otsu City (Seta)
1968 - January : Capital increase of 30,000 thousand yen
November : Equipment and affair transferred to the Yodogawa plant, Osaka office opened
December : Capital increase of 49,000 thousand yen
1971 - October : Invest received from the Osaka Small and Medium Business Investment and Consultation Company and improvement of our organization
1974 - August : Kofu factory established in Wakakusa City, Yamakusa prefecture
1975 - August : Establishment of a representative office in Los Angeles City, USA
1987 - December : Capital increase of 55,250 thousand yen
1988 - April : Establishment of Shigaraki plant and setting up of the world's largest rolling mill
1990 - September : Tokyo representative office opened

2008 - October : Installation of the country largest hydraulic press (15,000ｔ) in the Shigaraki factory
2011 - November : Installation of a new type rolling mill at the Shigaraki factory

May : Construction of new factory at Shigaraki place
October : Installation of a new type rolling mill at Shigaraki factory and widening of the line of medium size products

Number of business partners : we distribue our products to 300 companies at anytime. We are able to cope with the economic fluctuations (boom and recession) while maintaining equal distribution to all our partners. Moreover, as indicated in the answer of the question 3, undistributed profits have also increased thanks to the capital accumulation from the past and the capital ratio is also good.
The deposit amounts around 8,000,000,000円 and we are able to make necessary investments by using our own fund and without loan.
