• December 1986: Resigned the above company.
• March 1987: Established Takeuchi & Partners Architect Engineering Office.
• November 1990: Established Takeuchi Construction Co., Ltd. & Appointed as the Representative Director.
• July 2024: Takeuchi & Partners Architect Engineering Office was integrated into Takeuchi Construction.
Education:
• March 1970: Bachelor's Degree Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Hiroshima University.
• April 2004: Enrolled in the Doctoral Program, Department of Development Science, Graduate School for International Development and Cooperation, Hiroshima University.
• September 2010: Withdrew from the above University.

• 1965 to 1975: (1) Design of bank, golf club house, school, kindergarten, factory, office building, houses etc. (2)Design Supervisor of aluminum trailer house.

• 1985 to 2001: (1) Research and development, construction of low-cost frame work. (2) Research and development, construction of the special floating foundation method for soft ground. (3)Research and development of wooden panels.
• 1997 to 2000:Design of India DP Project.
• 2004 to 2005:Design of Taiwan Bullet train overhead.

What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
Throughout my career, I have come to deeply realize the importance of providing customer-centric services. Our fundamental approach is to listen sincerely to our customers' voices and continually provide high-quality services that earn their trust and satisfaction. The construction methods we have developed so far are all aimed at achieving services that truly prioritize the customer's perspective. We view all of our efforts, from research and development of construction methods to the creation of new analytical techniques, as means to deliver high-quality services that foster trust and satisfaction with our clients.

Our business in Japan has established a solid foundation and is now positioned for further growth. Looking ahead, we plan to expand into overseas markets, specifically Vietnam and the United States, and aim to build a global business foundation by providing ground improvement technology through our diverse, multinational workforce.
