Background:
Since 1956, during the postwar period, a new era dawned upon Japan with the hosting of the Tokyo Olympics, as well as historical worldwide events such as the NASA moon landing. The company experienced a wide range of difficult times as well as revolutionary changes in society such as the spread of TVs, the invention of color TVs and other Home appliances. As I led the company, it went throught a shift towards a heavier industrial era, oil price shocks, bursting of the bubble economy, the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, and factory fires.
