I grew up looking up to my father, who was an inventor and the founder of our company.
創業当時の工場が自宅のガレージで小学生の頃の私の遊び場でもあったので、子供の時から金属や木材を加工することにはまったく抵抗がありませんでした。夏休みの宿題の工作なども工場で加工機を使って作成していました。
At that time, the factory was in my garage and it was my playground when I was an elementary school child. I had no hesitation at all in processing metal or wood. I also used a processing machine to make my summer vacation homework at the factory.
今思えば、ないものは自分で何でも作るという精神は、そのころに育てられたのかもしれません。
