Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific.
Current Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism. He was General Manager of the Foreign Trade Society of Peru (ComexPerú) between 2012 and 2015. He has extensive professional experience in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur), where has been for over 10 years. Previously, he also held the position of Minister of Mincetur (2010-2011), and was Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade (2007-2010). In addition, he led the launch, diffusion and positioning of the campaign of the Country Brand (Marca País). In 2010 the Exporters Association (ADEX) appointed him as Public Officer of the Year.
