I was born in Van, Turkey in 1973. I obtained my BS in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Technical University in 1995. I am married and I have three children.
Education
I graduated from Yıldız Technical University, one of the largest and most-respected technology-intensive universities in Turkey.
I obtained an honor award during my university life, and besides this I received a merit award from TSK and a Corporate Social Responsibility Award from IDEP. Additionally, as Kervan Confectionery, we have been nominated for many honor and service awards.
Experience
During my professional life, I found excellent opportunities to test my abilities in several departments of Kervan Confectionery, such as in the production, production planning, finance, accounting, export, sales and marketing departments.

What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
Due to my civil engineering background, I have strong mathematical skills. Furthermore, I realized that human management is much more important and essential in business. To be a good manager, balanced mathematical skills and use of psychology is required together.

Family support in what you are doing is definitely a big factor I believe. Family has always been a major component of my life. Additionally, the sense of support that I receive from coworkers motivates me and gives me strength.
