Organization Description
Ultimate Developers Ltd (UDL) is a Rwanda-based company started in 2011 and an emerging force in the domestic real estate industry. UDL was founded on the simple notion that a single developer with grand ambitions, clear vision and well-coordinated strategy can change the trajectory of an industry and the market’s belief of what is possible. We seek to provide customized solutions to our clients’ real estate needs.
UDL impeccably applies a lean organizational structure with outsourcing of specialized services like architectural design, project management, construction and capital raising. Management is then left to seamlessly coordinate the activities of these experts to ensure timely delivery of projects to the shareholder’s high standards and to the satisfaction of our clients. Our work on current and pipeline projects stands as a testament to the vision, expertise and skill of our strong management and technical teams as well as their commitment to minimal defect, honesty and integrity while delivering quality for our clients.

Our projects are the brainchild of a multidisciplinary group of professionals whose mandate is to provide unique solutions to our clients’ desire for well-planned, modern, contemporary residential and commercial real estate. We do not wait for the market to come to us. We proactively go to our clients with our unique ideas and architecturally enriched products. Through this, we hope to ultimately change the face of real estate in Rwanda.
Currently Vision City, our flagship project in Kagugu, an upscale suburb in Kigali, is the largest and a one-of-its-kind single residential housing undertaking in Rwanda.
Vision City is a modern residential neighborhood in Kigali with state-of-the-art infrastructure and amenities, advantageously located 3km from the CBD and 6km from Kigali International Airport.
This prime residential neighborhood of over 4,500 units, with different categories ranging from luxury villas to apartments, presents unequalled offerings in Rwanda’s property history.
The first phase of an envisaged four is already under way, and contains 504 breathtaking homes, some of which are nearing completion.

Leaders
