Our company has been providing metal stamping products to various customers for over 60 years in Osaka. We optimize quality, cost, and delivery time by using automated production equipment such as robots and IT systems, and by employing skilled technicians. We have numerous locations not only in Japan but also abroad, and we deliver our products to customers worldwide. As a sheet metal processing partner, we strive to satisfy our customers and constantly innovate our technology.

We have a wide range of experience in metal stamping, assembly, stamping die making, from automotive parts to precision equipment. We have various equipment that can cope with mass production, and we deliver parts to our customers on time. Our high-precision stamp die manufacturing technology supports our high-quality products.

Technology / R&D activities:
We can handle the design and manufacture of prototype products before mass production, and we design, analyze, and produce the press dies for mass production within our group. We use automated equipment operated by our group’s technicians to carry out labor-saving and unmanned production. We also incorporate IT systems into our production lines, some of which are developed in-house, and we promote the efficiency of production by providing education and assistance to our workers and by performing automatic inspections on the line using cameras and other devices. Moreover, we can produce large quantities of high-precision products at low cost by converting the processing methods from other methods such as machining to press processing, which has many advantages.
We are also constantly challenging ourselves to develop new technologies. We are actively working on difficult processing such as press processing of thick materials that are normally impossible to process by press, such as 10 mm thick iron plates, and deep drawing of stainless steel.
