designed to offer on-line alternatives to non-conventional populations, has been instrumental in increasing access to high school and higher education courses, as well as training and ‘refreshing’ more than 30,000 teachers and schools administrators on ICTs, math, science, language, self-learning management skills, and new theories and methods of learning.

Programa Vasconcelos

develops the capacity to learn, helping those in the poorest areas of Veracruz achieve self-sufficiency. The program, winner of the Gate’s Foundation Access to Learning Award in 2008, also promotes equality in rural and urban communities.

Centros Rebsamen

is a statewide program of libraries and services dedicated to teacher training and non-conventional education.
