Background / Biography:
After graduating from university, joined an apparel company (World). After gaining experience in both women's and men's brands, at the age of 29, participated in the launch of a sports business.
In 2001, made business presentations to major trading companies, banks, magazine publishers, system companies, logistics companies, etc., and received a lot of advice and cooperation, and established Grip International.
The members also gained support through the business presentations, and the company was launched.

Participation in the Ryukoku University Oshiete Senpai Project
Although it's not work, I spend time every year talking to my juniors from the university I graduated from as a project and answering their questions.
I have also given lectures on the concept of starting a business several times at other universities.
I value communicating with the younger members of my company.
For the past 25 years since I started my business, I have been sending out reports of my thoughts and ideas to all members every week without fail.
