The key lessons for me have been meticulous planning and decisive action. In my management, I emphasize thorough planning but also encourage quick decision-making and proactive implementation within that framework.
Profesional accomplishments
Regarding my professional accomplishments, I have consistently engaged in comprehensive social contributions through donations to disaster relief efforts, hospitals, and other organizations. As a result of these efforts, I have been honored with the Medal with Blue Ribbon (藍綬褒章) and the Gold Merit Award from the Japanese Red Cross Society (日本赤十字社金色有功章).
