What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?

The most important lesson I have learned is that long-term success depends on adaptability and trust in people. I apply this by focusing on building a sustainable 100-year company—expanding into high value-added products, strengthening competitiveness in future industries, and evolving from a product supplier into a fast, solution-oriented partner. Most importantly, I believe future-ready leadership comes from empowering the next generation, especially those fluent in new technologies, and creating an environment where they can lead the company forward.

Quotes

We believe that true competitiveness comes from speed, flexibility, and fair competition.

Inspired by the wisdom of David versus Goliath, DINE Group focuses on structural agility—moving faster and more flexibly than large global players that are often slowed by their size. This agility enables superior customer service, with close local support in native languages through our global network. We are also confident that in a fair competitive environment, Korean companies can outperform any rival.
