Eishi Morita, the founder and current Director, President & CEO, spent two decades working exclusively in sales at a major trading firm, specializing in chemicals and raw materials. What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
Trust is the foundation of everything. Through my experience in international business, I have learned firsthand how crucial it is for a company’s growth to consistently act with integrity amid diverse cultures and customs. While speed is important, I firmly believe that building trust over time is the true basis that enables sustainable, long-term success rather than short-term gains.

We successfully expanded the sales share of polyester resin in the Japanese market, contributing significantly to our company’s growth and strengthening our competitive position.
Mentors
Mr. Kanji Ishizumi -
He is a Japanese international lawyer and a member of the Chabad-Lubavitch ultra-Orthodox Jewish movement.
He graduated at the top of his class from Kyoto University’s Faculty of Law in 1971, passing both the national bar and civil service exams while still a student.
After working at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (now METI), he earned law degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He then trained at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and worked at the New York law firm Shearman & Sterling before founding Chiyoda International Law Offices in 1981.
In 2002, he obtained certification as a U.S. educational consultant and has since been conducting global research on boarding schools, with a focus on the U.S. and the U.K.
Goals as president
My primary goal is to commercialize biodegradable resins and collaborate with manufacturers across Asia to expand sustainable material production capacity. Through the development and stable supply of non-petroleum-based materials for the future, I aim to contribute meaningfully to society.
