Introduction of your company & business:

Nishitetsu Hotel Group is a hotel company operating 23 properties across four regions—Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan—as a member of the Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. Group.

The Group manages a diverse portfolio of brands tailored to the times and evolving needs of travelers, including Nishitetsu Grand Hotel, which offers refined service cultivated over more than half a century; Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel, known for its strong design focus and prime urban locations in major cities; Nishitetsu Hotel Croom, which values quality materials and local character while providing a sense of comfort as a “home away from home”; and Nishitetsu Inn, which offers comfortable and functional accommodation spaces.

Looking ahead, the Group will continue to evolve and expand its business throughout Japan and overseas, with Fukuoka—Asia’s gateway—as its core base of operations.

Mission/Vision:

We always embrace challenges. Embracing change leads to our company's growth. Through growth, we realize enriching lives for ourselves, our guests, and everyone involved with Nishitetsu Hotels.

1969 – Opening of Nishitetsu Grand Hotel: Opened with the support of the local business community as the “guest room of the international city of Fukuoka,” with the aim of contributing to regional prosperity.

1989 – Opening of Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Fukuoka: Established as a core facility of a major redevelopment project in central Fukuoka, amid the city’s growing economic concentration.

1999 – Opening of Nishitetsu Inn Tenjin: Marked Nishitetsu Hotels’ entry into the accommodation-focused hotel business in response to a growing emphasis on efficient management following the economic downturn.

2011 – Opening of Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Ginza: Opened in Ginza, Tokyo as the flagship property of the upgraded accommodation-focused hotel brand.

2015 – Opening of Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Seoul Myeong-dong: The Group’s first overseas property, serving as a model for international expansion under the Nishitetsu Group’s future vision.

2016 – Opening of Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata: Launched as the first property of the value-oriented, accommodation-focused “Croom” brand through the rebranding of the former Nishitetsu Inn Hakata.
