What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
I think that tradition is an important part of any business as it is in life. However, it goes without saying that although corporate culture is important, a company cannot move forward simply by doing what they have always done. It is important to look creatively at different ways to move the company forward through educating employees, new product development, and innovations in manufacturing processes.
Mentors
I have learned from everyone I have met at my company or elsewhere. I believe it is very important to learn from others. We are a team and we progress by listening and learning from everyone we meet in our path. If we have the attitude to learn, we can also be great teachers.
Quotes
“Application is inapplicable to those who neglect the fundamentals.”
As times change, there are some things that should be considered important.
This includes basic manners and principles that should be learned, and things that we should value and respect as human beings.
With the idea that "application is inapplicable to those who neglect the fundamentals", I would like to consider making an organization that respects the basic fundamentals, such as etiquette starting with greetings every morning and evening, gratitude toward others and care for one's appearance.
