What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
The last financial crisis occurred in 2008, two years after becoming president of the Okada Aiyon Corporation. We unfortunately had to record the worst annual business result in our history: ¥750 million losses. I worked to reorganize our company to perform the best team effort then achieved V-shaped recovery in following year. In fiscal year 2015, we made the record profit in our company’s history.
Moreover, we have been upgraded to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2016.
