I was born in Osaka, Japan in 1969 and grew up in Nagoya until the end of high school. I studied English and a BA in Business in Denver, CO, in the US. After that, I went to business school in Nagoya. After I entered Yoshitake, I became experienced in manufacturing, production control, and sales. I became CEO in 2008.

What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
I always tried to learn from occurring claims and shipment of defects. I get deeply involved to make sure they did not happen agin. I believe that the most important thing is do improve continuously.
