Born in Kobe City in 1952.
Joined Japan Olivetti in 1977.
After taking charge of several projects in the accounting office, he headed the Planning and Sales department of "loan support" and "international division" for regional banks. The network created at that time served as foundation of Nihon M&A Center.
Received acknowledgement as "Top salesmen who support Japan" from a Japanese business magazine.
After taking charge of the Sales Planning office and becoming Director of Tokai’s Operations Department, Mr. Miyake resigned from Olivetti.
Participated in the establishment of the Nihon M&A Center in 1991. He is the President and Representative Director since 2008, thanks to the expertise acquired in M&A for SMEs.
Handled more than one hundred M&A deals for SMEs thereby realizing quality improvement and achieving higher efficiency
At the time of listing, President Miyake led the sales headquarters to realize substantial performance improvement and contribute to the listing in 2006.
President Miyake is a lecturer of a popular seminar about M&As.
He is author of several books, such as "M&As to make people, companies, and customers happy” (Asa Publishing); "What is necessary for a company to be reborn" (Business Publication), "PMI leading to M&A success"
(President). President Miyake also writes a blog about M&As activities called “The Invisible M&A Story".
