Ahmed Mohamed Hamad’s background comes from his experience in computer science and information technology, elements he brings to the table as the President of British University in Egypt.
He is the Vice President of the Egyptian Software Engineering Association in addition to his current role and brings his experience to his dedication of making BUE a truly cutting-edge institution. Dr. Hamad has indicated that he seeks to establish a dual goal for the students at BUE through developing both entrepreneurship and innovation, preparing Egypt’s next generation to meet the global challenges of the day. Mr. Hamad obtained his PhD in France, and the personal experience of how an international education emboldened his intellectual curiosity and professionalism was the element which has guided his work at BUE. Through the strategic agreements BUE has obtained with four British Universities, BUE students now have more international study opportunities in order to truly access a global education.
