His collaboration study with Professor Tsukamoto of Kyoto Prefectural University created the world's first ostrich antibody ingredient. The revolutionary commercialization of this technology to protect and improve the overall welfare and health of humans, in particular from a beauty and healthcare aspect, has made Zeal into a cosmetics and total lifestyle solution group.
Experience
Osamu Maeda started his business career as a contract salesman; he was often awarded for his achievement as the nation’s top sales person for numerous companies. In 2003, he began his entrepreneurship in the field of food manufacturing and IT marketing, such as mobile CRM solutions. In 2008, he began commercializing, buying and selling intellectual properties, focusing on advanced technologies researched and developed in Japan.
He continued dealing with various industries, such as food, health supplements, food chemicals/additives, LED, lactic acid bacteria, and others, to create new business opportunities, including one patent that generated over $10 billion annual revenue.
With this success he also began venturing into international business, beginning with partnerships in the USA, China, Indonesia, and the Philippines, dealing with health care, real estate, finance, IT and F&B industries.
In 2008, he met Professor Tsukamoto and started the business development of ostrich antibodies. After years of research and development, he established Zeal Cosmetics Inc., in 2011, and began the development of skin care products with the revolutionary and exclusive ostrich antibody ingredient.
