I am the founder & CEO of Airweave, the leading manufacturer of premium bedding products. I founded Airweave in 2007 after taking over my uncle’s company. It was a manufacturer of plastic injection molding machine for fishing lines, but I reinvented its purpose, using the resins to develop high-quality mattresses.

Areas of Expertise
What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
The main lesson in my career is that I know nothing. I doubt I can be successful in business without help from others who have different ideas and experiences – thus I strive for having diversity in the management team and staff members.
Mentors
I have a couple of good old friends who I’d like to call my mentors. They have helped me to be who I am today, both mentally and intellectually.
