Information

Areas of Expertise

My father started EPOCH when I was born. As a child, I was given many toys to play with and provide information to my father as to why I liked or disliked them. Because of this experience, I believe can see and judge a toy’s value through the eyes of a child and understand the product’s true value. Understanding how children perceive the true value of each product is a required skill to achieve success in this industry

What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?

I have learned that short-term success has short-term consistency. The planning and strategies put into short-term success do not lead to long-term success.

Our goal is long-term success for both our company and our brands, so I strive to plan and implement strategies that will help us achieve our goal, long-term success.
