In the experience of long sales positions and management, when doing all tasks and decisions, I always assume the worst situation and can avoid the risks to the utmost with knowledge to support.
Also, I always set "goal" in the beginning and make plan to get there in time. This is an idea that leads to management, sales, product development and so on. Employees are also thoroughly implementing this approach.
