What have been the main lessons you have learned in your career and how do you implement them in your management?
One of my hobbies, which I have been enjoying with my employees for many years, is the game of Igo, a traditional Japanese board game. The players need to read the situation on the board during the game in order to make decisions accurately. Furthermore, reading beyond the situation is required to make decisive actions.
This has something in common with managing the company. When making a decision, I have to see beyond and to find the best action to take, and that makes me grow as a leader of the company.
