Giovanni Anzani, CEO of Poliform, together with the two cousin partners Alberto and Aldo Spinelli, represents the second generation of the company. The children of the founders of the artisan enterprise born in 1942, they took over from their fathers in 1970, launching a new course for the company. They decided also to change the name from Spinelli Anzani to Poliform and, above all, the corporate strategy, increasingly turning to larger markets with modern design products.
Giovanni Anzani in particular has always been in charge of communication and organization activities combining the culture of know-how with an entrepreneurial vision always in tune with social and economic changes.
He is responsible for all advertising campaigns and Varenna Poliform and all corporate documentation (catalogues, price lists, etc.)
Forerunner of trends, he has been invested in new technologies making himself a supporter of the computerization of business processes across the enterprise and its advanced system of cost accounting.

The company’s growth has been extraordinary. At the end of 2013 the turnover reached €127 million, 70% of which was in export sales in over 80 countries worldwide, with a market share among high-end business that is the absolute top. The production is all about home furnishings: for the living room (bookcases, tables, chairs, cupboards and upholstered furniture), for the sleeping area (wardrobes, walk-in closets, beds, accessories), and kitchens.
Personal Life
Giovanni Anzani has been married to Ornella Galimberti since 1979, and they have three children: Laura, Marta and Edoardo.
Laura and Marta represent the third generation and have already entered the business, each bringing their specific experiences and inclinations.
Laura is currently based in New York managing Poliform USA, after the recent acquisition of 100% ownership.
