Claudio Alfonsi has been the CEO of Fedrigoni Group since 2007.
Born in Pergola, Mr Alfonsi graduated as a paper-chemist technician. Between 1960 and 1971 he worked at a number of important Italian paper mills, in various positions inside the company, deepening different aspects of the production of pulp and paper.
From 1972 to 1980 he collaborated with the Ahlstrom Group, in Mathi Canavese, with increasing responsibilities until, in 1978, he held the position of Director of Production.
In 1980 he joined the Fedrigoni Group as director of the factory in Varone Riva del Garda. Later he held other important positions in various group companies contributing to their development, before going on to become its CEO.
