The number of patients who received treatment soared, and insurance request duties (making health insurance claims) increased remarkably, as the national health insurance system was enacted in 1961. When I visited a medical institution of my intimate acquaintance, the doctor had devoted himself to insurance request duties, which means paperwork, and he could not dedicate himself to his essential medical treatment. Seeing that critical situation, I helped him with his paperwork. This help became my good reputation, and I was requested to help several medical institutions. At that time, I thought, “This will be one of my businesses.” I established a medical administrative services business.
In this way, I met the needs of the times and social environmental change,created new value and service, and built today’s Nichii Gakkan Co., Ltd.
