Business Description
We operate a Service Solution Business, as part of which we develop smartphone and web applications, and provide a comprehensive range of support for planning, designing, developing and operating online businesses for smart devices.
As part of our Quality Design Business, meanwhile, we assess and verify the performance and quality of smartphone and web applications, and provide server monitoring and operating services for service providers.
We also operate a Framework Design Business, which develops backbone and peripheral systems for financial institutions and designs and builds application platforms.
Systena engrains solution sales business abilities for selling IT-related products to corporate customers in the entire group, and provides total solution services that encompass planning, design, maintenance, and user support by combining the strengths of individual business segments, including the IT service, cloud, and consumer service businesses.
The IT service business engages in systems operation and help desk, the cloud business offers cloud services and provides assistance with their introduction, and the consumer service business develops and offers gaming contents for smartphones.

・Solution Design Business
This business provides integrated support services covering the planning, development and operation of a variety of devices and online services centered on mobile communication technologies, including the development and verification of constantly improving in-vehicle devices, the core part of automobiles, the development and operation of electric power systems, the development and verification of smartphone and web applications, and the development and sales of settlement security systems using mobile devices.
And this includes assessing and verifying the performance and quality of
smartphone and web applications, and providing server monitoring and operating services for service providers, as well as verification, operation and maintenance services for systems that build social infrastructure.
・Framework Design Business
This business provides services for the development, operation and maintenance of financial systems, integrated services, covering the development to the operation of a range of business systems, and system development and operation for servers that are the core part of financial systems.
・IT Service Business
It provides diverse operations, user support services, and an office work concierge service that provides asset management for client IT devices and overseas business development support services. This business is geared for the office, which relies heavily today on information devices.
・Solution Sales Business
This business provides a broad range of products – from server systems, personal computers, and mobile devices to a variety of storage devices and software products – to customers faster than anyone else at a reasonable price. Instead of acting as a mere product sales company, the business, as the comprehensive sales operation of the Systena Group, also helps our clients’ businesses prosper with our excellent technical capabilities.
・Cloud Business
It offers and facilitates the introduction of internal cloud systems and proposes its unique cloud step services to help customers improve their operational efficiency and enjoy sound communication systems.
・Consumer Service Business
We provide game and content planning, development and sales services for devices such as smartphones and tablets.
・Overseas Business / Innovation Promotion Business
This business provides IT support services to companies that operate overseas businesses through services and products that are unique to Japan, such as information systems, using mobile devices, game contents, animations and Japanese restaurants, in fast growing Asean countries and in North America among countries with developed IT systems.
