Business Description
RORZE Corporation is the global market leader of automation for clean transfer system which is essential for the production and fabrication of semiconductor’s and flat panel displays.
Background
RORZE Corporation was established in 1985 with an ambitious slogan and aim: “We shall never follow the competition. We shall only develop and market products which we believe are superior to those already in the market, that is, products that will become global news.”
We initially started with only six engineers, developing and manufacturing ultra-compact stepping motor drivers. Since that time, we have continuously developed and launched products such as ultra-compact controllers, clean robots, vacuum robots, clean robots with dual arms, clean robots for flat panel displays (FPDs), and multiaxial interpolating clean robots.
In recent years, RORZE has helped RORZE LIFESCIENCE Inc. and company to advance in the bio technology-relevant markets.

Development, design, manufacturing, and sales of electronic devices and automation systems, such as production handling system for semiconductor/FPD Global Markets
The main business that accounts for more than half of our sales is the handling system with low particles generation, high throughput, and high reliability, that supports the user’s semiconductor manufacturing lines.
High throughput and high reliability system is achieved by the technologies cultivated with the wafer handling system.
The cell culture operation required for drug development, regenerative medicine, efficiency improvement and automation are realized by incubator (cell culture equipment) and software package.
Small body package that has high reliability and high functionality: RORZE’s control device increases reliability and supports our wafer and glass substrate handling systems.
