NEXTY Electronics Corporation will begin operations on April 1, 2017 after merging Tomen Electronics, which became a wholly owned subsidiary in December 2014, and Toyota Tsusho Electronics, which was established as a wholly owned subsidiary in 2003, along with the electronics businesses operated by Toyota Tsusho’s subsidiaries outside Japan.
"NEXTY" combines the concepts behind "Next" and "T":
◆The merger represents the "Next" stage for Tomen Electronics and Toyota Tsusho Electronics.
◆The "T" stands for "Tie", or tying together the knowledge, experience, and human resources of the two companies and working together with partners for the "NEXT" stage of growth.
